Terms of use

These terms describe the use of the Webfox studio website. They are not a development contract, a quotation or an agreement to purchase services.

About Webfox

Webfox is the studio brand. Questions about this website can be sent to hello@webfox.net.ua. Formal operator details will be added when confirmed; this working version does not claim that a company or sole trader has been registered.

Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting a form, requesting a call or discussing an idea does not by itself create a contract for development services. Scope, deliverables, price, payment, timing, acceptance, support, confidentiality and intellectual-property transfer are agreed separately with the identified service provider before work begins. Any indicative range on this website is not a binding offer.

Website materials and intellectual property

Website text, design, illustrations, code and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may browse and share links to the website. Reproduction, resale or use of protected materials beyond what applicable law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Client names, trademarks and third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners. Viewing a case study does not grant a licence to its product or source code.

Case studies and demonstrations

Case studies describe specific projects and their context. Figures relate to the stated sample and period, where provided; they are not a promise of future revenue, conversion, rankings or performance. Demonstrations may illustrate functionality rather than live customer activity. Contact us if you need clarification before relying on a statement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to send spam, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, interfere with service availability or attempt unauthorised access to systems or personal information. Only send information you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal data in the enquiry form.

Availability and external links

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information and functionality may change and temporary interruptions can occur. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices; linking to them does not place them under our control. Report errors or access issues to hello@webfox.net.ua.

Privacy and analytics

Our Privacy policy explains enquiry processing and analytics choices. Reading this website, opening these terms or closing a document is not consent to optional analytics. You can accept or reject analytics separately and revisit that choice through Privacy settings.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or replaces the terms of a separately agreed project contract. We may update these website terms; the date above identifies this version. Questions and concerns can be sent to hello@webfox.net.ua. Operator details and the final legal wording remain subject to review.

This notice explains how the Webfox studio website handles your information. Webfox is the studio brand; it is not presented here as the name of a registered legal entity.

Project enquiries

When you submit the form, we process the information you provide: name, email, optional or call-required telephone number, project description, project type, budget, timing and preferred contact method. We use it to respond, clarify your request and discuss possible services. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

How enquiries reach us

The website sends enquiries to a private Slack channel used by the studio. The form endpoint does not create a separate enquiry database. Slack and hosting infrastructure process data to deliver and operate this service. Information may be processed outside your country under the providers’ terms and safeguards.

Analytics and browser storage

Google Analytics (measurement ID G-TCF6PNVEWD) and Vercel Speed Insights are optional and load only after you accept analytics. They measure site usage and performance; Google Analytics can use cookies and device or browser information. We do not intentionally send form contents or contact details to analytics. Hosting infrastructure may still process technical requests and security logs without optional analytics.

Your choice

You can accept or reject analytics without losing access to the website or enquiry form. We save this browser’s choice in local storage (webfox.analytics-consent.v2). Change it through Privacy settings in the footer. When storage is unavailable, the choice applies only in the current tab. Rejecting stops optional measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already sent to providers. Opening or closing Privacy or Terms is not consent.

Retention and requests

We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to handle the request, manage any resulting work and meet applicable obligations. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule configured for the Slack channel yet. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise an objection; we will review the request and explain any applicable limitations. Analytics retention follows the provider configuration, which is still being reviewed.

External services and changes

Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ policies. If an external chat or other service is offered, its data handling needs to be considered separately from this enquiry form. We will update this notice when the operator details, providers or processing arrangements change.
