The product problem

More than a chat window.

A useful assistant needs governed knowledge, business-aware behavior, deployment controls and a clear route to a person. The product model connects those concerns instead of hiding them inside one oversized prompt.

System design

Knowledge and behaviour stay configurable.

Documents, products, FAQs and website content form the source layer. Brand, business and marketing rules remain structured so teams can review how the assistant is expected to behave.

Deployment trust

Publishing begins with ownership.

DNS verification, site-bound deployment keys and origin controls create an explicit boundary around where a widget may run. Human handoff capabilities are exposed only when a live route is available.

Early production evidence

A real deployment, measured without exposing the customer.

During its first two weeks of recorded activity, an assistant on a live e-commerce store handled customer conversations with no recorded human handoffs.

Current boundary

Private Beta is a product constraint, not a decorative badge.

The next evidence gate covers complete external onboarding, reproducible grounded-answer evaluation, backup and recovery, alerting and a stable retention window. Until then, the case demonstrates product and engineering judgment rather than general-market maturity.
