Customer portals
Give customers a place to submit requests, share documents and follow status, with access limited to their own organization.
Expertise / Custom web platforms
Customer portals, internal tools and web products that turn scattered steps into a clear working process. Start with the people, permissions and decisions your application needs to support.

A custom platform makes sense when existing tools leave a recurring gap: customers cannot see progress, colleagues re-enter data or approvals depend on a message thread. We map that gap before choosing what to build.
Give customers a place to submit requests, share documents and follow status, with access limited to their own organization.
Bring queues, approvals and operational records into a shared interface with clear responsibility for each step.
Define accounts, core entities and repeatable workflows so an initial release can grow without losing its underlying rules.
02 / Custom web platforms
We connect a real task to its data, permissions and completion criteria. The first release follows one useful journey from start to finish, including what happens when information is missing or an action is rejected.
Specify who can read, change and approve each record. Check permissions on the server and include cross-account access attempts in verification.
Agree which system owns each entity, how updates travel and which changes need a history or review.
Set expectations for response times, error reporting, backups and support ownership around the application's actual business impact.

Media platform · Migration · Ongoing engineering
Development of the new site was already underway when the legacy website was compromised and subsequently lost. We adapted WordPress to the newsroom’s publishing workflow: language versions, navigation, article templates and the editing interface. Alongside the public website, we developed tools to prepare and import the existing archive.

04 / WEBFOX
Map users, current tools and one workflow worth improving.
Test the key screens and decisions with representative users.
Deliver working increments with agreed access rules and integration boundaries.
Verify complete journeys, rehearse recovery and document operation and ownership.
Discovery produces a workflow map, an initial data model and a release scope. Estimates depend on roles, integrations, migration and acceptance requirements. Extra dashboards and secondary workflows can follow once the central journey works.
We compare your workflow with existing tools first. A custom build is justified when the gaps, control requirements or integration needs warrant its ongoing cost.
Yes, subject to a review of the code, data and deployment process. We can propose a bounded improvement or staged replacement based on what is maintainable.
One complete job for a defined user, with the permissions and operational checks it needs. We agree what can be postponed without breaking that journey.
We agree the maintenance model before release. Handover should cover the repository, environments, deployment, known limits and responsibilities for incidents and updates.

Describe the people involved, the tools they use and the handoff that causes difficulty. We’ll use that context to outline a first release and its dependencies.
