Customer journeys
Design account, request or order flows for short sessions, clear status and recovery when a user leaves and returns.
Expertise / Mobile applications
Plan an iOS or Android experience around what people need to do on their phone. We connect mobile UX, application logic and your backend, with device behavior and release requirements in scope.
Discuss your mobile app01 / Expertise
A mobile product is useful when the task benefits from quick access, device capabilities or work away from a desk. We examine that need before choosing an app, a mobile website or a staged approach.
Design account, request or order flows for short sessions, clear status and recovery when a user leaves and returns.
Connect identity, records and permissions to your platform so the app follows the same business rules.
Scope notifications, camera access or offline work only where the journey needs them, with permissions and failure states included.
02 / Mobile applications
We trace a mobile action through identity, API and stored state. Network loss, expired sessions and repeated taps belong in that journey alongside the successful path.
Compare native and cross-platform options against device features, existing code and maintenance needs. Confirm the delivery approach during discovery.
Specify what can be cached, what requires a connection and how sensitive data and permissions are handled.
Agree supported devices, test coverage, store materials and account ownership. Plan updates and monitoring after submission.
03 / Illustrative approach
A proposed solution, not a client case.
For staff recording a site visit, we would prototype a task list, notes and photo capture. Discovery would decide whether draft records need offline storage and how they synchronize with the central platform.
Proposed deliverable: a mobile prototype, API checklist and device test plan. This is an illustrative concept, not a shipped application or store listing.
04 / WEBFOX
Define the main user task, platforms and connection to existing systems.
Test navigation, information density and the core mobile interaction.
Build the agreed app and API work with interruption and permission states.
Test on the agreed devices and prepare submission and support materials.
Scope includes more than screens: backend readiness, identity, notifications, analytics and store preparation may all matter. We agree included platforms and devices, offline behavior and maintenance responsibilities before estimation.
We compare the required device features, experience, team context and maintenance cost. There is no universal answer; the technical approach follows the product requirements.
We review its API, identity model and performance needs. The scope may include adapting endpoints or access rules for mobile use.
If required, we define which actions can happen offline, what is stored on the device and how changes are reconciled. Offline support is a specific part of the scope.
Release support can be included with agreed account access, materials and responsibilities. Store review and approval remain with the platform operators and cannot be guaranteed.
