Product team
Scope a combination of design, engineering and QA around a product area with explicit client and Webfox responsibilities.
Expertise / Dedicated development teams
Plan product delivery with the roles and ownership your roadmap needs. We agree the team shape, working rhythm and quality responsibilities before committing to a delivery model.
Discuss your team needs01 / Expertise
A team extension can fill a specific gap; a managed team can own an agreed delivery stream. We clarify who sets priorities, makes product decisions and accepts work before discussing a role mix or capacity.
Scope a combination of design, engineering and QA around a product area with explicit client and Webfox responsibilities.
Define specialist contributions that fit your existing planning, review and release process.
Include architecture decisions, engineering review and delivery coordination where the engagement requires that ownership.
02 / Dedicated development teams
The working model connects priorities to available capacity and acceptance criteria. Demos, reviews and visible decisions help both sides understand progress and what may change the plan.
Document product decisions, technical responsibilities, review expectations and who can authorize release.
Agree code review, testing and completion criteria. Include those activities in capacity planning rather than treating them as spare time.
Keep decisions, setup instructions and delivery context in shared systems. Plan access changes and handover at the end of the engagement.
03 / Illustrative approach
A proposed solution, not a client case.
For a product team planning a customer portal, a proposed mix could include a designer, frontend and backend engineering, with QA involved in acceptance. Allocation would depend on the backlog and existing client team.
Proposed deliverable: a responsibility map, onboarding plan and initial delivery cycle. This is an illustrative team model, not a staffed engagement or availability claim.
04 / WEBFOX
Review the roadmap, current team and missing responsibilities.
Propose roles, ownership and a working cadence, subject to confirmed availability.
Set up access, environments, product context and a small initial delivery goal.
Inspect working increments, capacity and collaboration, then adjust the agreement.
A possible role mix is a planning tool, not a staffing promise. We confirm specialists, allocation, start date and commercial terms before an engagement. Team extension and managed delivery have different ownership boundaries; those belong in the agreement.
A dedicated team is organized around an agreed delivery stream. Team extension adds defined contributions to your existing team. In both cases we document who manages priorities and accepts work.
We can discuss a narrow role when it matches the task and confirmed availability. The scope must still include onboarding, review and the dependencies that person needs.
We agree this with you. Your product owner may retain prioritization while Webfox coordinates implementation, or the engagement may include a broader delivery responsibility.
Notice, allocation changes and handover are agreed in commercial terms. Shared documentation and repository access should support continuity throughout the work.
